Job Description:
The Atlas Customer Support Engineer is a member of Blue Cedar Network’s Atlas team and plays a critical role supporting Atlas Platform customers worldwide.
The Atlas Customer Support Engineer is comfortable working with Atlas Platform customers on many levels including training, trouble shooting and planning and must also interact with Atlas engineering. An ideal candidate must have past customer support experience ideally in the networking and/or mobile device arena including working knowledge of typical customer support technologies and protocol. Experience using a customer support ticketing system is also required, like Atlassian Service Desk or ZenDesk.
